Terms and Conditions
The winning draw will take place at YNYC’s office on June 29, 2009 at 11:00am CST. The winner will be contacted via telephone and email and must verify they are a legitimate YNYC Night Pass cardholder. If no response is made by June 30 at 11:59pm a new winner will be drawn and contacted. The Ultimate Night Out will take place on July 11, 2009. The winner and guests must be of legal drinking age and have to comply with the entrance requirements of the chosen nightclub. The winner can select up to a ten friends to join them for this event. Complimentary spa treatments include a massage, pedicure, access to the mineral bath and food/drinks. YNYC has set a maximum per person cost of $50 for dinner and drinks at Earls on Main. YNYC will make every effort to ensure the winner and guests get to party at the bar of their choice, however, YNYC cannot guarantee first choice access. YNYC will also provide VIP perks and a bar tab not to exceed $500. Approximate contest value $2500. Winner guaranteed. YNYC reserves the right to send a photographer and use any images gathered for its own marketing purposes or for marketing purposes of the participating nightclubs and/or sponsors.
